Our league runs on volunteers, and coaches are what bring it all to life. Without them, teams don’t take the field. It’s that simple.


The best part? You don’t need experience. You don’t need a football background. Just a willingness to show up, support the kids, and be part of something meaningful. We’ll provide everything you need to succeed.


We’re looking for at least two coaches per team to keep things fun, organized, and running smoothly. When you step up, you’re not just helping your child’s team, you’re helping an entire group of kids have a season they’ll never forget.

Officiating
Be the difference on the field. Become an Official.

Every great game needs someone to keep it fair, safe, and running smoothly. Our officials are a critical part of that. Without them, there are no games.

If you’re looking for a way to stay involved, give back, and be right in the middle of the action, this is it. Whether you’re a parent, older sibling, student, or community member, we welcome you to step in and make an impact.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Must be 13 years or older (adults are strongly encouraged!)
  • Ability to stay composed and confident in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and enforce TJ Flag Football rules and penalties
  • Strong attention to detail and awareness on the field

General League Assistance

Not everyone needs a whistle or a clipboard to make an impact. Behind every smooth game day is a team of volunteers handling the details that keep everything running.


From field setup to check-in, equipment, and helping direct families, general volunteers are the glue that holds it all together. Without this support, game days get chaotic fast.


Where You Can Help:

  • Field setup and breakdown
  • Equipment organization (footballs, cones, flags, etc.)
  • Check-in and general support for families
  • Keeping game days running smoothly behind the scenes


What We’re Looking For:

  • Reliable and willing to jump in where needed
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
  • No experience required, just a willingness to help
